Please read all the terms below carefully before using this platform. By registering or continuing to use the platform, you agree to all these terms.

1 General Provisions & Acceptance

dgc33 ("Platform", "we", "us") is an online casino and betting service provider operating for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the platform's website, mobile interface, and all related services.

By using this service or creating an account, you are giving your consent to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform.

1.1 Age Requirement

Opening an account on dgc33 and participating in any games or betting activities is only permitted for individuals aged 21 or older. Creating or using an account by minors is strictly prohibited. The platform may request identification or relevant documents at any time to verify age.

1.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, all associated accounts may be closed and the balances held in those accounts may be forfeited.

2 Account Registration & Security

To create an account on dgc33, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being suspended or closed.

2.1 Account Information

  • The name, address, and identification details provided at registration must be accurate.
  • The email address and phone number must be active and your own.
  • If you need to update your information, please contact the support team.

2.2 Password Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password completely confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone else. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately.

Important: dgc33 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from a third party using your account if you have shared your login details yourself.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on dgc33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We currently support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

3.1 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.

3.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, if additional identity verification is required in special circumstances, this timeframe may be extended. For bank transfers, funds can be sent to Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks.

3.3 Transaction Authenticity

If any suspicious transaction or fraud is detected, the platform reserves the right to hold that transaction and investigate the associated account.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

dgc33 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has specific conditions that must be met.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example:

Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and get a bonus of ৳1,000 — total balance ৳2,000.
Example 2: Deposit ৳18,000 and get a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 — total balance ৳26,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit and bonus combined.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse, claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, or attempting to fulfill bonus conditions through any strategic method may result in the relevant bonus being cancelled and the account suspended.

4.4 VIP Program

dgc33's VIP program has four tiers, and weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP tiers are determined based on a player's activity and history. Customer support can provide more details about tier changes.

5 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

dgc33 is committed to ensuring a fair and safe environment for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Attempting to gain an advantage on the platform through any software, bot, automation tool, or other unauthorized means.
  • Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
  • Exploiting any technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
  • Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activities.
  • Threatening or harassing other users.

If any such activity is detected, dgc33 reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit the balance.

6 Sports Betting Policy

dgc33 offers betting services on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The following general policies apply to betting:

6.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

  • If an event is cancelled or postponed, the amount wagered on the relevant bet will be refunded.
  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the platform permits it for a specific reason.
  • If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the platform reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet.

6.2 Live Betting

In live betting, odds and statistics change in real time. The platform is not responsible for any bet missed due to a connection failure.

7 Responsible Gaming

dgc33 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe that enjoying entertainment should not come at the cost of financial or psychological harm.

  • Users can set their own deposit and betting limits.
  • If needed, users can request their account be temporarily or permanently closed.

8 Intellectual Property

10 Account Closure & Suspension

dgc33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

  • In the event of a breach of the Terms.
  • If evidence of fraud or fraudulent activity is found.
  • In the event of the use of a false identity or information.
  • If evidence is found that the user is a minor.

Users may also request to close their own account. In that case, the remaining balance will be paid out after all pending wagering requirements have been fulfilled.

11 Limitation of Liability

dgc33 will not be held liable for the following:

  • Any bet or game missed due to internet disconnection or technical failure.
  • Any loss to an account caused by the user's own negligence.
  • Issues arising from errors in third-party game software.
  • Service being unavailable during unexpected technical maintenance.

However, if a financial loss occurs due to a verified platform error, each case will be investigated separately and compensation will be considered where appropriate.

12 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, you are requested to first contact dgc33's customer support team. Our support team provides assistance in Bengali and English 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

After a complaint is submitted, the platform will generally investigate and attempt to resolve the matter. The relevant amount may be temporarily held while the investigation is ongoing.

13 Changes to Terms

dgc33 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after changes have been made will be considered as your agreement to the new terms. Users will be notified in advance of significant changes wherever possible.

The latest version of these Terms will always be available on the dgc33 website. It is recommended that you visit this page regularly.

14 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together constitute the entire agreement between dgc33 and the user. If any provision of these Terms is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
